1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the lb777 website at lb777.one, including all games, services, features, and content made available through it.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the lb777 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your lb777 Account at any given time.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on lb777, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with lb777's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the lb777 Platform, including registered players, guests browsing the Platform, and any person accessing the Platform from any device or location. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

If you are accessing lb777 on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and by accepting these Terms, you do so both on your own behalf and on behalf of that person.

3. Eligibility

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of lb777, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration

To access the full features of the lb777 Platform, you must register an Account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Register only one Account. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited. If lb777 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
• Notify lb777 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

lb777 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the lb777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). lb777 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the lb777 cashier section.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. lb777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks. lb777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• lb777 will only process withdrawals to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• lb777 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to delay or refuse withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed, unless lb777 expressly waives this requirement in writing.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

lb777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. lb777 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• Bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonuses will expire automatically upon the stated deadline.
• lb777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's Account, lb777 will provide reasonable notice before withdrawing it.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or colluding with other players — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the lb777 Platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. lb777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets, except where lb777 determines at its sole discretion that a manifest error has occurred.
• lb777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds or on an event that has already concluded at the time the bet was placed.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. lb777 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or bet, lb777 will use its game logs to determine the outcome. The decision of lb777 in such matters is final.
• Winnings will be credited to your Account balance promptly following the settlement of each game round or event. Settlement times for sports betting markets may vary depending on the event.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lb777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to lb777 support immediately.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lb777 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's Account without authorization.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the lb777 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of lb777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the lb777 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without lb777's prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use lb777's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of lb777's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lb777 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, even if lb777 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond lb777's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game results.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit lb777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

lb777's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gaming

lb777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools and policies are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account at any time through the Account settings or by contacting lb777 support.

12. Termination & Suspension

lb777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if lb777 reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your Account:

• Any real-money balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any amounts owed to lb777) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
• Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Your licence to use the Platform will immediately cease.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting lb777 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Closing your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact lb777 support in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. lb777 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.

lb777 operates under PAGCOR regulatory guidelines. Players who are dissatisfied with lb777's resolution of a complaint may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaints procedures.

14. Amendments to These Terms

lb777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, lb777 will provide notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the lb777 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.
